In the 'Cabinet and late vintage' wine series, you can find our wines with the 'cabinet' and 'late vintage' attributes from the Steingrüble, Hasenberg, Ölberg and Teufelsburg single vineyard sites. Quality wines with special attributes require the highest quality standards with regard to maturity, harmony and elegance.
Our cabinet wines can be described as fine, light wines. Late vintage wines can be classified as stronger wines. We therefore have not only semi-dry or semi-sweet varieties, as most of you know them, but also those that are completely dry.
