Selected vineyard parcels

The grapes for our 'Se­lec­tion' se­ries of wines orig­i­nate from at least 25 year-old vineyard parcels which are jointly se­lected by our cel­lar mas­ter and our qual­ity con­trol man­ager every year.

Any fur­ther se­lec­tion en­tails strict yield re­duc­tion in the vine­yard. The re­sult is a range of Pinots in their full splen­dour!

The wines of the 'Se­lec­tion' se­ries are char­ac­terised by a har­mo­nious blend be­tween fruit and a punchy, strong qual­ity. As pre­mium wines, they are ide­ally suit­able as ac­com­pa­ni­ment for a fes­tive meal.
